More seeds, more flavour.
Our Seeded Multigrain combines organic strong white baker's flour, also known as hard white (wheat), organic whole rye, and organic red fife - with three seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseed), kosher salt, and filtered water. Organic red fife is a heritage flour and Canada's oldest wheat flour. Organic red fife adds wonderful flavour and has a form of gluten that most people can digest easily. The Three Seeder loaf is naturally leavened with our regular wheat starter, using 100% certified Canadian organic flour and milled in Ontario.

- This loaf comes unsliced and in a 100% recyclable kraft paper bag.
- Stays well at room temperature for 2-3 days. After, it can be sliced, placed in a plastic bag, and put in the freezer for easy toasting.
- Whole sourdough loaves can be frozen for up to 3 months and refreshed when needed for a freshly baked loaf experience just like the day it was baked. Ask us for a refreshing label in notes at checkout.
- Available for pickup Kingston's west end Wednesday to Sunday, or delivery to the local Kingston area between 4:30-6:30 pm on Thursday and Sunday.
