Created using three unique Canadian organic flours and naturally leavened offering you a rich taste, velvety inner crumb that is surrounded by a crackling crust that is extra long-fermented to help with easy gluten digestion. 

This is a great option to try for non-celiac gluten-sensitive individuals.  

Made with locally sourced organic Canadian flour and fermented for 2 days.
