Our Rustic Rye Sourdough deliciously combines organic wheat (hard white baker's flour), organic whole grain flour (hard red wheat), and organic whole rye with your choice of plain, sunflower seeds, caraway seeds, or both!

- This loaf comes unsliced and packaged in a 100% recyclable kraft paper bag.
- Stays well at room temperature for 2-3 days. After it can be sliced, placed in a plastic bag, and put in the freezer for easy toasting.
- Whole sourdough loaves can be frozen for up to 3 months and refreshed when needed for a freshly baked loaf experience just like the day it was baked. Ask us for a refreshing label in the notes at checkout.
