Our Hamburger Brioche Buns are made using our regular sourdough starter that has been fermented into an enriched fluffy dough using butter, organic egg, and organic whole milk.
After baking the buns are glazed with egg wash.
Our Hamburger Brioche Buns are made using 100% certified Canadian organic flour and freshly milled in Ontario and Quebec.

- These buns come in a compostable kraft bag
- Stays well at room temperature when transferred to a plastic container for 1-2 days.
