The class was wonderful. We arrived to 6 stations perfectly set up to begin measuring, mixing, kneading and baking. Lisa created a friendly, comfortable atmosphere where she calmly and skillfully taught us the art of making sour dough. She was SO generous in what she gave us in knowledge, our take-home gifts and delicious pizza. You can feel the love she has for her art. Do the class....it's totally worth it.

I really enjoyed this class. I like the small groups. Lisa is very laid back and makes the class fun.

Lisa has always hosted a great sound meditation. I have enjoyed several over the years. I am never disappointed. She has an assortment of instruments that she uses, and will bring you on a great journey.

Great way to get rid of stress. The sounds around your head while you meditate is a very cool experience.

The multi-grain was so delicious - rich flavours and light and airy! Perfect!

This is a great sourdough class. Lisa is a Master of her craft and explains every step. The classes are small and intimate so everyone can understand the steps and questions are easily answered. A most enjoyable morning with great take homes

Had a great, fabulous day and we made sourdough bread and pizza dough to bake at home and also made both bread and pizza during the class. Small friendly group lead by a knowledgeable and laid back instructor Lisa.
Oh by the way the breadsbhave a nice sourdough taste so you know the culture was well tended.

I really enjoyed my evening baking with Lisa. It was such a fun eve. I found the class very informative and we were able to have a tasting with making pizza.
I really liked the small class as it gave us ample time to ask questions. I would recommend.

Making sourdough at home can be intimidating. Lisa took us through each step, explaining thoroughly and answering questions along the way. The small class size ensures you get the attention you need to make sure you are performing the step correctly. I now feel I have the confidence to be able to practice making good sourdough at home. Super pleased!

I picked up this live starter last week, and it has given two delicious loaves already. The starter is very easy to work with, and is nice and active. I've been able to play around with various types of flours; it has been very tolerant and has given a wonderful flavour and texture each time. I have even ventured into some cake baking with it, and was very surprised with the amazing flavour it brings about. A lot of fun ! Thank you Elise !

When I picked them they were still warm from the oven and smelled delicious. And they were!! Crisp and sweet on the outside, soft and flavourful on the inside. No butter needed.
