Our sourdough bread is created using a natural levain starter (yeast), organic flours, and premium ingredients. Each loaf offers a soft, mild-tasting inner crumb surrounded by a crusty, crackling crust that is artistic and sure to please.
Our classic sourdough loaves combine organic strong white baker's flour or whole-grain bread flour, organic whole rye, and organic red fife with kosher salt, and filtered water. Our sourdough is naturally leavened with our regular wheat starter, using 100% certified Canadian organic flour and milled in Ontario.
