Our Sourdough Scones are made by combining 100% organic Canadian flour, eggs, and just the right amount of butter, and unfed sourdough starter. Each Sourdough Scone is glazed pre-bake with organic whole milk and sweetened with turbinado sugar. The texture is crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside.
These scones use unfed sourdough starter has been added for a delicious flavour.
