What a fantastic way to spend a Saturday! Well organized and well executed masterclass with Lisa. Learned so much and Lisa shared her wisdom generously with us. Always wanted to learn how to make pain au levain and was able to do it in a very friendly and convivial environment; came home with a lovely bread

Had a great day with a group of six people. Very hands on. Loads of instruction. Not rushed. Lise provides all the tools necessary to make the bread and pizza dough and you take it all away with you, and more, so you are ready to begin the process when you get home. Have made bread and pizza since with great success. So easy! She even showed us how to dehydrate the sourdough starter to be reconstituted later so you don't have jars of starter to maintain! Great class.

We really enjoyed our sourdough class with Lisa. It was well organized, timing was spot on, and we came home armed with a brain full of knowledge and a bag of bread, dough and supplies to get us off to the races. Very informative!

The class opened my eyes to sourdough baking. The one on one attention was my favorite part. My bagels were fabulous and my family likes them better than store bought (including bakery fresh)! We left with a dozen fresh bagels and enough dough to make 30 more plus sourdough starter. I would take more classes with her without hesitation.

I had a wonderful time learning how to make sourdough bread and pizza dough. The class sizes are small and well thought out. Lisa is very tentative and happy to answer any questions you have along your journey. I highly recommend this class!

The class was wonderful. We arrived to 6 stations perfectly set up to begin measuring, mixing, kneading and baking. Lisa created a friendly, comfortable atmosphere where she calmly and skillfully taught us the art of making sour dough. She was SO generous in what she gave us in knowledge, our take-home gifts and delicious pizza. You can feel the love she has for her art. Do the class....it's totally worth it.

I really enjoyed this class. I like the small groups. Lisa is very laid back and makes the class fun.

Lisa has always hosted a great sound meditation. I have enjoyed several over the years. I am never disappointed. She has an assortment of instruments that she uses, and will bring you on a great journey.
